Serving at Summerville

Below are some of the ways you can serve others and the church at Summerville UMC:

• • Backpack Buddies: Providing food in children’s backpacks through the schools on Wednesdays @ 5:30pm in the Fellowship Hall.
  • Communities of Transformation: Providing resources to people that find themselves in poverty, to help them build a better life.  Tuesdays @ 5:30pm in the Fellowship Hall.
  • Write cards to senior shut-ins or those in nursing homes.
  • Call a friend just to check on them and ask if you can pray for them.
  • Volunteer to be an usher, acolyte, or read scripture during our worship service.
